I work in monochrome and color pencil drawing on large, long-term projects while meeting clients’ deadline requirements, and I also take on small- and medium-scale projects. I am particularly interested in working in the field of book illustration.

After graduating with a master's degree in Theatre Arts, I went on to set design for the Sverdlovsk Theatre of Musical Comedy in Yekaterinburg. Subsequently I became a production designer at the Sverdlovsk Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting, creating scenography for theatrical TV shows.
— I have been collecting life impressions since the '90s, and started transform them into illustrations as an opportunity arose. Life is all about being delighted and scared, sometimes amazed, feel sadness & joy. It is on par with an artist's palette in its diversity. Life provides me with an endless variety of assets, shapes, and styles. It's an inspiration so vast it will exceed a lifetime.
Posters
Four posters were created for British independent film “Harvey Greenfield is Getting Late” at the request of its director, Johnny Howard. They are variations of the four scenes that made the strongest impression during the first viewing.
Tarot
The deck of cards commissioned by the publishing house took 9.5 months of daily work. I moved away from traditional symbols but kept the structure of the deck.

Most of the time was spent inventing and carefully developing the 22 Major Arcana. All of them are depicted in motion. The court cards are rendered with slightly less detail; the characters are static, a bit smaller in size, and each court has its own color scheme corresponding to the traditional association with the four elements.

The Minor Arcana are mostly close-ups of the necessary attributes, while preserving the element-based color scheme.

At this point, the first print run of the deck has been successfully sold out, and the second is being transported to stock.
Ma Loute
The Ma Loute project contains 12 illustrations. The film made such a huge impression on me that there was no other choice — I had to capture my admiration for the brilliant acting, for the actors’ transformations to the point of being unrecognizable, and for that distinctly French caustic satire dancing around social stereotypes.
Sketches

The sketch collection is the result of daily practice and the pleasure of observing.

Cirneco dell'Etna

Impressions of the ever-present dogs in my life.

Botanics
The collection of botanical images is conceived as a portrait gallery of endemic plants used in the production of cosmetic products. Each portrait of a plant speaks of vulnerability and beauty.
